Mayor Jerry Dehnbostel said the park will include six soccer fields, one football field, two volleyball courts, four T-ball fields, four softball fields, eight baseball fields, and four basketball courts, such as that on the left. The building below will house concessions and storage. Formerly known as the 'Field of Dreams,' the site is to be completed in the spring. Late Wauseon resident Dorothy Biddle donated $1.2 million to the project in 2003. The total cost is expected to be more than $3 million. To benefit the park, the Wauseon Rotary Club is hosting its 46th annual auction beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Fulton County Fairgrounds.
