Teacher of the Month: Terri Smith

Terri Smith provides leadership for the special education department at Whitmer High School. She collaborates with members of the math department to provide inclusive services for special needs students .

Ms. Smith is a member of the High Schools That Work Team, the District Leadership Team, and the Building Level Leadership Team.

"Ms. Smith gives willingly of her time and energy to all students," said associate principal, Edward C. Kaser, Jr.

Ms. Smith has an administrative specialist degree in special education from Andrews University.
