Sylvania downtown to be 'delightful'

The Sylvania Downtown Business Association will sponsor Downtown Delights, from 4-8 p.m. Thursday. More than 20 local shops and restaurants will take part. There will be live music, wine tastings, raffles, light refreshments, and glass-blowing demonstrations. The event also was held in the fall.
