Man, 33, found dead in his car in Defiance

DEFIANCE — Police are investigating an apparent homicide involving a 33-year-old man who was found dead in his car.

Kerry Christopher, who had no local address, was found in the 500 block of Degler Street on Wednesday. Friends called police the night before, saying they had not seen him since Saturday.

About 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, police said they received a report of his car being parked at 534 Degler St. and found him deceased.

The Lucas County Coroner’s Office did an autopsy Thursday, according to Defiance County authorities who said they did not have a final report last night.
