    Frances Daniels, 77, of Fostoria, who has four grandsons serving in the military three of whom are in Iraq signs a message for the troops stationed there. Military vehicles and displays, music, and speeches also were featured during yesterday s rally.











    Joe Andry, who was awarded two Purple Hearts for his service during the Vietnam War and has been inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame, was guest of honor.
