N-Viro International Corp. said yesterday that the record date for its previously announced rights offering - in which shareholders can buy one new share for each 10 they already own - will be Friday.
Stock held on the record date is eligible for the offering, and the exercise price will be set in a registration statement to be filed soon with the Securities and Exchange Commission, said the firm, which licenses wastewater-treatment technology.
Its stock closed yesterday at $2.80 per share, down 10 cents, in Nasdaq's Over the Counter Bulletin Board trading.
