Business Succession: Planning for Optimal Transition is the presentation at 3 p.m. Thursday by a coalition including Northwest State Community College and the northwest Ohio SCORE chapter. The event is at Sauder Heritage Inn in Archbold. Speakers: Ed Roth and Scott Gray, of Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northwest Ohio. Cost: $15 per person, $50 for five people.

The New Greek and Roman Galleries at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the Little Theatre at the Toledo Museum of Art, 2445 Monroe St. for the Toledo Society, the local chapter of the Archaeological Institute of America.

It will be an illustrated lecture by Joan Mertens, the museum's curator of ancient art. Cost: Free.
