Recession-Proofing Your Business is the subject of a seminar from 9:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Main Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. Speakers will include accountants, attorneys, bankers, and other professionals. The event is co-sponsored by the library, Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Ohio Small Business Development Centers. Cost: free.
