The Minority Contractors Business Assistance Program at the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is offering two OSHA safety certification programs. A 30-hour certification program begins tonight from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the chamber's offices, eighth floor of the Toledo Edison Building, 300 Madison Ave. Cost: $300.
