The Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce is to be the host for a program on obtaining capital for businesses at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the chamber's office, 300 Madison Ave. Speaker: Jim Weber of Weber-O'Brien Ltd. Cost: $20 per person. Registration available at www.toledochamber.com.

A program to promote local professional services is to be presented at noon Friday by the Technical Society of Toledo. It will be at the Toledo Club, 14th Street and Madison Avenue near downtown.
