ACHIEVEMENTS

La-Z-Boy Inc. has announced several leadership changes: Mark Bacon has been promoted to senior vice president and president of La-Z-Boy Branded Business from chief retail officer, Doug Collier has been promoted to president of the company's international division and will retain his role as chief marketing officer, Dan King has been promoted to vice president of retail operations from director of retail sales and operations, Darrell Edwards has been promoted to vice president of residential manufacturing from vice president and general manager of La-Z-Boy in Tennessee, and Mr. Edwards will succeed Dave Layman, who will retire as senior vice president of residential operations at the end of the company's fiscal 2012.

Linda Sickmiller has been named head of investor relations and executive assistant to the corporate officers at State Bank and Trust Co. in Defiance. She previously was administrative assistant to the investor relations officer at the corporate parent, Rurban Financial Corp.

Evan Bayh, senior advisor at Apollo Global Management, John Surma, chief executive of U.S. Steel Corp., and Donna James, managing director of Lardon & Associates LLC, have been elected to the board of Marathon Petroleum Corp. in Findlay.
