Dana completes sale to Getrag for $136M
10/1/2011Dana Holding Corp. said Friday it has completed the sale of its equity in two joint ventures to Getrag Corp. for $136 million in cash.
The two joint ventures produce rear axle units, power take-off units, and all-wheel-drive systems for light vehicles. The Maumee-based auto supplier said the sale would allow it to focus on its core on- and off-highway driveline technologies and power technology products.
