3 directors approved at OC shareholder session

NEW YORK -- Toledo building materials manufacturer Owens Corning stockholders approved three directors Thursday at their annual shareholder meeting.

Norman P. Blake, Jr.; James J. McMonagle, and W. Howard Morris won overwhelming approval for director positions.

Also, in a nonbinding vote, stockholders approved executive officer compensation.

The meeting was held in a New York City office.
