Employment Plus, a staffing firm, ranks No. 4 on the 2012 Best Employers in Ohio list as compiled by the Ohio SHRM State Council and Best Companies Group. Indiana-based Employment Plus has eight branches in Ohio, including Toledo and Bryan.
