COLUMBUS — Kelli Reyes of Wauseon has been sentenced to 10 months in prison after pleading guilty to felony insurance fraud. She also was ordered to pay the prosecution costs and $1,148.15 in restitution to State Farm insurance company.

State Farm contacted the state department of insurance after receiving a suspicious claim from Reyes about items stolen from her residence during an alleged break-in. State investigators found that she submitted two false receipts in an attempt to show she was the owner of assorted power tools and bicycles reported taken.
