A fast-growing Toledo-based logistics company has a new chief executive officer.

Bolt Holdings announced Monday that Guy Sanderson has taken over as chief executive, succeeding company founder Ben Bauman.

Bolt employs about 90 people in the area, split between the company's offices in Toledo and Sylvania. It also has offices in Charlotte, Pittsburgh, and Laredo, Texas.

Company officials said Bolt's sales grew 350 percent from 2009 to 2012, a time period in which the company added 55 jobs in the Toledo area. The last two years, Bolt Express has been included in Inc. Magazine's ranking of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the United States.

The company expects $65 million to $70 million in revenue this year.
