Perrysburg man to head branch of drug maker

    A Perrysburg resident and member of the Bowling Green State University Foundation board has been named president of a new branch of a large, Illinios pharmaceutical company.

    Joe Conda will head the new Specialty Services organization within H.D. Smith.

    Mr. Conda is a previous president of Owens-Illinois’ health-care packaging division. Most recently, he was senior vice president of strategic planning and business development for H.D. Smith.
