■ Candi Wolbert has been named director of safety and regulatory compliance at K-Limited Carrier LTD, a liquid bulk carrier company based in Toledo. She was formerly with Chemtrade Logistics.

■ John Barlowe of Frame Shop Arts Gallery & Gifts in Holland was named a finalist in the Tru Vue Champions of Conservation contest for a custom framed piece of Yellowstone National Park.

■ Craig Joseph has been recognized as one of the top 10 financial professionals nationwide by John Hancock Financial Network for the fourth year in a row. He is president of the company’s equity planning group in Toledo.

■ David Clarke has been named the leader of the investment and annuity division at MassMutual Financial Group’s Northwest Ohio office in Maumee. Also, Gregg Seals has been named a sales manager at MassMutual Northwest Ohio in Maumee.
