Arborwood South’s swimming pool opens

Arborwood South Elementary School’s Dick Waters Swimming Pool is open for community swimming through Labor Day weekend. General admission hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. It will not open July 4.

Daily fees are $2 for children 12 and younger and $3 for anyone older than 13. Season passes are $40 for children 12 and under and $60 for everyone else.

Household season passes are $140.

Monday through Friday the pool is open from 10 to 11 a.m. for lap swimming for those 16 and older.

Passes are available at the Monroe Family YMCA.
