ACHIEVEMENTS

■ Todd Dickerson has been named chief business officer of Bowling Green-based Control Design Solutions, which provides electrical controls engineering design services for industrial automation. Mr. Dickerson was formerly vice president of business attraction at the Regional Growth Partnership in Toledo.

■ Michael T. Lawton has been nominated to serve a one-year term on the La-Z-Boy Inc. board of directors. Shareholders will vote on Mr. Lawton’s election and the re-election of the other 10 board members at the Aug. 21 annual meeting. Mr. Lawton, 54, is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Domino's Pizza Inc.

■ The board of directors of the Trust Company of Toledo N.A. has appointed Diane Ohns as trust executive. Ms. Ohns was previously an executive with Key Bank.

■ Kirsten Sebek has been named to the board of directors of the United Way board of trustees. Ms. Sebek is senior vice president and affiliate head of retail banking with Fifth Third Bank.
