get Ohio bond lines

Two minority-owned businesses in Toledo received bonding lines from the Ohio Development Services Agency on Tuesday.

A bond is an insurance policy for a project owner that guarantees work performed by a general contractor or subcontractor will be completed.

Precision Industrial Services Inc., a flooring and carpeting company, received an $800,000 bonding line aimed at giving the firm a chance to bid on larger projects more often.

Bryson/ Tucker Electric LLC received a $500,000 line. The firm works on commercial and light industrial projects, wastewater treatment plants, and construction and renovation of schools and hospitals.
