● Todd Warner of Toledo has been elected to a four-year term on the Gleaner Life Insurance Society’s board of directors. Mr. Warner is chief financial officer of Mercy Medical Partners. Gleaner, which has headquarters in Adrian, is a not-for-profit Christian organization that assists its members in achieving their financial goals through a range of life insurance and annuity solutions.

● Spengler Nathanson PLL has been listed as among the “Best Law Firms” in the nation by the U.S. News Media Group. The Toledo firm received the ranking for personal injury defense litigation, civil rights defense litigation, and construction litigation. The rankings are based on peer reviews and client evaluations.
