Rudolph/Libbe buys Columbus contractor
12/26/2013The Rudolph/Libbe Companies of Walbridge has acquired a controlling interest in a Columbus general contractor.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Lehman Daman Construction Services Inc. will continue as an independent general contractor, and Jim Daman will continue overseeing its day-to-day operations.
The Rudolph/Libbe Companies is among the region’s largest contractors, employing nearly 1,500 construction trades associates. It has offices in Walbridge, Toledo, Lima, Cleveland, and Plymouth, Mich.
