Farmers & Merchants, Owens Corning declare dividends

A northwest Ohio bank and a Toledo-based building products maker have declared quarterly cash dividends.

Owens Corning on Thursday declared a dividend of 20 cents per share, payable Aug. 2 to shareholders of record as of July 17. Meanwhile, on Tuesday Farmers & Merchants Bancorp Inc. of Archbold declared a 25 cent dividend payable July 20 to shareholders of record as of June 26.
