A 13-year-old Toledo boy has been charged with delinquency in connection with menacing after allegedly making a death threat against one of his teachers in Leverette Junior High School, police said.

The threat was made Friday in the presence of a nurse, a social worker, and a doctor while the boy was receiving treatment for asthma in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, police said.

The boy told a doctor that "I'm going to get a knife and stab [the teacher] all over," police said.
