Sky Bank promotes 2; La-Z-Boy names VP

Sky Bank has promoted John H. Bick to president for the Wood County area from senior vice president, commercial lending; and Julie Ryan to assistant vice president/mortgage lending from mortgage lending officer.

David M. Risley has joined the Monroe-based furniture maker La-Z-Boy, Inc., as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Findlay-based Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has promoted James S. Kovac to vice president, manufacturing operations, North American plants, from vice president of the Tupelo, Miss., plant.

Huntington Bank has promoted Paul Johnson to vice president, corporate services, from assistant vice president, corporate services; Kathy Lynch to vice president/regional operations administrator from assistant vice president/regional operations manager; and Laura Saunders to assistant vice president, treasury management from staff officer, treasury management.

Fostoria Industries, a sheet-metal fabricator and manufacturer of electric and gas infrared products, has promoted Larry Ahle to vice president, manufacturing, from manufacturing support manager.

Mosser Construction, Inc., has received the 2001 Build America Award from Associated General Contractors of America. Mosser placed first in the new-construction category for the Adam Lewis Center for Environmental Studies building the Oberlin College campus.
