Liberty Center woman hospitalized after crash

LIBERTY CENTER - A Liberty Center woman was hurt yesterday in a two-car accident in Henry County's Washington Township, sheriff's deputies said.

Bonnie McGilvery, 25, was in fair condition last night in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. She initially was treated at Henry County Hospital, Napoleon.

The accident occurred about 10:50 a.m. at County Road T and County Road 4-A, when Iris Cremean, 54, of Walbridge, failed to stop for a stop sign while heading north on Road 4-A.

Her car was struck broadside by Ms. McGilvery's car which was westbound on Road T, deputies said.

Ms. Cremean was treated at Henry County Hospital.

She was cited for a stop-sign violation, deputies said.
