SANDUSKY - A Toledo man has pleaded guilty to several felony charges in the slaying of his Sandusky girlfriend and will serve 20 years in prison.

Serron Harrison, 22, of 1208 Evesham St., was convicted Friday in Erie County Common Pleas Court of voluntary manslaughter, grand theft, tampering with evidence, and kidnapping in the January death of Alisha Duncan, 18. As part of a plea bargain, a charge of murder was dismissed, and the 20-year term was imposed by Judge Ann Maschari.

Ms. Duncan was found strangled Jan. 26 in her Sandusky apartment. Under the plea agreement, which her family accepted, Harrison is not eligible for parole.
