LIMA, Ohio - A Lima man was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison Thursday night after an Allen County common pleas jury found him guilty of murder.

Tierre Manley, 25, shot Stephen Glover, Jr., to death June 2 in Lima after an argument over a gambling debt. Manley had been charged with aggravated murder, but the jury, which returned its verdict about 7 p.m., found him guilty of murder.

Judge Richard Warren sentenced Manley after the verdict was read, ordering the mandatory three-year sentence for a gun specification. Manley said he would appeal.
