1 cup cream
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients. Put about 1 tablespoon on hot krumkake iron (over medium heat) and close. Wait 15 to 20 seconds, then turn the iron and wait another 15 to 20 seconds before opening. Roll immediately on cone to shape.
