Wood commissioners re-elect president

BOWLING GREEN - James Carter has been re-elected president of the Wood County board of commissioners for 2002.

Mr. Carter of Grand Rapids has been a county commissioner since 1996. Commissioner Tim Brown was elected vice president.

The board meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning on the fifth floor of the county office building with open forums where residents can speak with the board without scheduling an appointment.
