Prosciutto and Pita Triangles

2 pita bread slices

5 ounces chevre cheese

1 cup seedless grapes, halved

3 ounces prosciutto ham, sliced into one-inch strips

3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano leaves

Cut each pita bread into six triangular pieces. Mound 1 rounded teaspoon of cheese on each piece of pita. Arrange 2 to 3 grape halves on cheese. Top with slice of prosciutto ham and sprinkle with oregano. Garnish with two grape halves.

Yield: 16 appetizer servings
