1 cup flour

2 eggs

Pour flour on bread board or clean countertop. Make a well in the flour. Put eggs in well. Using a fork, mix from inside of well working outward until flour is absorbed. Incorporate flour until a pliable dough results. Knead 8 minutes, sprinkling lightly with flour and turning 1/4 turn each time you knead. Let rest 1 hour.

Use pasta machine according to directions or if you don't have a pasta machine, roll with rolling pin until thin (1/8 -inch). Cut in thin strips with sharp knife. Dry on countertop. Cook after 1 hour in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes.
