KENTON, Ohio - The Hardin Memorial Hospital board of trustees has voted to continue the hospital's relationship as a full mem|ber of OhioHealth and to proceed with completing the hospital's strategic plan.
Board chairman Ron Osborn said the relationship with OhioHealth will provide the hospital with more than $1 million annually in revenue and cost savings. He said by law, member status is required for OhioHealth to provide the hospital with managed care and insurance contracting - services the hospital is too small to obtain on its own.
