East Liberty man facing charges after chase

ARLINGTON, Ohio - An East Liberty, Ohio, man was arrested following a chase that began in this Hancock County village and reached the north side of Kenton.

Jacob Bray, 20, was charged with failure to comply with a police officer, underage consumption, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, driving out of marked lanes, and speeding.

According to Hancock County sheriff's deputies, he was southbound on U.S. 68 in Arlington when he passed through a closed section of North Main Street but ignored a deputy's lights and sirens to stop.

The chase continued through Hardin County where deputies there disabled the vehicle by placing spike strips on the road.
