WAUSEON - Charges were filed yesterday in Fulton County Court here against a local man who's accused of starting an apartment building fire in downtown Wauseon that killed two people and left others homeless.

Frank Molina, 52, was charged with inducing panic, disorderly conduct, and criminal damaging stemming from the blaze at 4:30 a.m. June 28 blaze. No court date has been set.

Killed in the fire were Glen Rice, 81, and Cindra Weber, 45. More than a dozen other people were forced to flee the building.

Authorities said the blaze broke out after Mr. Molina, who was drunk at the time, tried to douse a grease fire with water. He was cooking fajitas.
