TIFFIN - A Toledo man who was arrested in June during a Fostoria drug sting will spend two years in prison for possession of crack cocaine.

Leroy Riley III, 21, of Glenwood Avenue was sentenced to the mandatory prison term Thursday for having 31 rocks of crack when he was arrested June 14 in a bar.

Seneca County Prosecutor Ken Egbert, Jr., said Riley was arrested by officers who chased another man into the bar while trying to arrest him for selling crack.

The officers, with the Seneca County Drug Task Force, saw Riley drop a clear plastic bag that they suspected had crack inside.
