BOWLING GREEN — Bowling Green police working with the Toledo Chapter of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI have started a program that provides toys to children in traumatic situations.

“Kids in Crisis” is intended to give children involved in motor-vehicle crashes, domestic violence incidents, and similar situations a toy to help comfort them.

The toys will be made available to the Bowling Green fire division and other organizations in the area.
