Leaf collection slated in 3 Toledo ZIP codes

Toledo Division of Streets, Bridges, and Harbor crews will collect leaves Tuesday from curbed streets in ZIP codes 43602 and 43612. Crews will collect leaves from uncurbed streets, including major thoroughfares, in ZIP Code 43615.
