Twice Baked Potato Slippers

6 baking potatoes

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons sour cream

Salt

Pepper

Grated cheddar cheese

Melted butter, to taste

Bake large potatoes for one hour. When they are done, cut them into halves lengthwise and quickly scoop out the insides. Mash potatoes well and for each one add 1/2 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 tablespoon sour cream. Season mashed potatoes to taste with salt and pepper and return to shells. Brush tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated cheese and brown in preheated oven (425 degrees) about 5 minutes.
