A free seminar Friday called Healthy Aging/Healthy Living will be held Friday at The Medical College of Ohio, which will address issues faced by people as they grow older.

The third annual event will feature a keynote speech at 8:30 a.m. by Dr. David Grossman, commissioner of the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department, about health-care issues facing the elderly. Other speakers from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. will address Alzheimer's disease, how to avoid consumer fraud, and preventing falls.

The seminar is sponsored by the Managed Care College and the Center for Successful Aging at MCO and the Area Office on Aging of Northwest Ohio.
