Lima man shot, refuses to identify his assailant

Elbert Wilder, 25, was listed in fair condition last night at St. Rita's Medical Center, where he was taken following the 1 a.m. shooting.

When police arrived at the Roosevelt Street shooting scene, Mr. Wilder declined to give the name of the suspect or the name of the person who lived at the residence. No one was in custody yesterday, authorities said.
