Private firm to collect leaves this fall

Sylvania Township trustees have approved hiring a private firm to collect leaves this fall from a one-mile square area of the township to determine the quality and economy of the service. Brad Peebles, township administrator, said the firm, Delta Storage, of Delta, Ohio, will collect leaves for a rate of $25.50 per compacted cubic yard.
