An estimated 15,000 people attended the Corn Festival on Sunday in Swanton's Memorial Park. Besides corn and other food, the event included a parade with more than 100 units, an Idol contest, bicycle races, a cuisine challenge and dancing. People walk around a giant ear of corn that was a float in the parade.
