Blades that are 132-feet-wide each were placed on two high-tech windmills yesterday on what is considered the state's first commercial wind farm. The $5 million project, a joint effort by municipal utility co-op AMP-Ohio, Texas-based Green Mountain Energy Co., and the city of Bowling Green, should be completely online within the next two weeks.
