ARLINGTON, Ohio — A Fostoria man was charged Saturday with crimes related to the alleged kidnapping of a Findlay woman, Hancock County sheriff's deputies said yesterday.

James Mosier, 24, was charged with kidnapping, domestic violence, disrupting public service, criminal damaging, and assault. He was being held at the Hancock County jail.

At 2:15 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a home in Arlington, where they learned Mr. Mosier had been involved in a dispute with his girlfriend and another woman.
