Bridge work will close two ramps today at the I-75/I-280 junction in North Toledo and will close Manhattan Boulevard at I-280 until early Monday, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced.
Starting at 7 a.m., the ramps from northbound I-280 to southbound I-75 and from southbound I-75 to southbound I-280 will be closed while overhead steel beams are removed.
Northbound I-280 traffic will be detoured to the Alexis Road interchange on northbound I-75, while southbound I-280 traffic will be detoured via southbound I-75 to the Stick|ney-Lagrange interchange. This work and its detour are scheduled to end by 5:30 p.m.
Manhattan Boulevard was scheduled to close at 12:01 a.m. today at I-280 for bridge abutment work. Until its reopening, scheduled for 6 a.m. Monday, through traffic will be detoured via Chrysler Drive and Stickney Avenue.
The southbound I-280 exit to Manhattan will be closed until Manhattan reopens, while northbound I-280 ramps at Manhattan will remain open.
