Andrew McCray, 9, a third grader at St. Agnes School in West Toledo, watches the tropical fish in the aquarium in the children s area of the Main Toledo-Lucas County Public Library downtown. Andrew was one of the many northwest Ohio children who had the day off yesterday, when officials canceled classes because of the weather.
