A worker puts the finishing touches on a plaza under the renovated Martin Luther King, Jr., Bridge in downtown Toledo. Reconstruction of the former Cherry Street Bridge had closed some lanes to traffic, but the project has been suspended until the fall, when additional work is expected to lead to more lane restrictions, transportation officials said.
