Toledo firefighters survey the damage to a Blue Lakes Charter bus after a blaze broke out in its engine compartment in North Toledo. The driver observed smoke coming from the rear of the bus late yesterday afternoon and pulled into the parking lot at North Towne Square. It was not known how many passengers had been aboard the bus before the fire or where the passengers were headed. No one was injured, authorities said.
